Why the SP so low?

I bought this stock in the 30's thinking that with its recent court decision and ability to produce cheaper cannabis would lead to a much higher stock price.  I know going to have to do raise for money but is there no reason to believe a partnership is brewing between them and some american company interested in the prospect of cheaper grown cannabis - good weather, cheap labour and cheaper facilities/land??  What am I missing here?  They have a basic monopoly in mexico (relatively large population country) on cannabis??

Not sure why,but do know the longer this goes on the more it drops ,soon will be a .15 at best. Maybe it's time to average down.? Hate doing it but if you are a believer...... months from now you will probably wish you did.  Slyder3

so far it is all talk.  Theya re not actually making any money or have anything growing, as far as I can see. The monopoly won't last though.  There is no way a single company will maintian a monopoly on growing pot in Mexico.  They just have the lead...but again...what are they actually doing?  No news is bad news.

Thanks for the input.  I thought they had made a raise in order to buy land to take advantage of their Mexico related monopoly.  I also thought other companies were in talks with them as the advantage in mexico would lead to cheaper costs??  Very confusing why like you said there is alot of talk so far with very little action.
