aj's position on JLI do not like the board that MGX M has had for the past 6 years. JL has done good things and he has made mistakes. Too many mistakes.
AK is the best on the board and no one has a bad word to say about AK.
The new board as proposed by the Dissident investors. is a list of people who should in no way ever be on the board of a listed Jr mining or Tech company. Period. The people who post on any board or Chat line under a assumed name are suspect. Period.
So who do I vote for? No one !!!!!! We do not have a AGM and thinking of voting is pointless. But a Devil I know is better than a Devil I do not know. I would like a 3rd option !
This company is stopped and cannot go forward with the litigation in progress. With present players not willing to give up and negotiate, litigation is the future.
The company will be tied up in court for years. That is our future out look at this time.
Will this out look change ? Maybe. When ? Not for some time. Open at this point.
This company is lost at this time. I do not support JL as CEO at this time but he cannot be dislodged by legal tactics. For this reason I say JL has won !!!!
