Huh...another announcement that's not Phyto!?
Ok, I may not be the smartest guy, but I'm no dummy either. Did Mr. recently installed President/CEO MF (who by the way is making this skeleton even leaner by choppin and slashin people like Freddy K. on Friday the 13th)....
did this guy just cut 2.3 m shares (which seems fair cuz it's under 25% of the already issued shares to date, huh?) FREE TRADING SHARES WITH NO HOLD for non arm's length asset of his own that kinda sneaks in with the Phyto deal closing.....BTW...WHEN DOES THE PHYTO DEAL CLOSE MK? You got no staff left to run this new addon? FOCUS. I guess your package signing on was not sufficiebt....it is now, so get it closed.

Frustrations and timing aside the company wouldn't have changed their name if the Phyto deal wasn't imminent. That being said once that deal is complete the stock will move up dramatically and the fundamentals of the company will greatly improve. Success is for shareholders that are long on XTRX.
