The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. I can confirm what Chris said about the 1.5 million write-off as this is consistent with what investor relations told me when I called them today which is primarily goodwill, intangible assets, and other non-current assets on the company's balance sheet. However, the company has issued and outstanding shares of 405,440,548, of which 50,000,000 was essentially issued for nothing (because they were issued to R&D Pharma which it cannot recover). What a disaster
