The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. Read the filings everytthing is there.....they own 70% of the Northern Lights Orgainic Farm, they have an arms-length option to purchase 40% of Northern Lights Supply....still not excercised, They own 100% od Weekend Live.....yippie, they own 100 of the WKND Brand, Orchard Heights Growers is an enigma but they have produced a secret sun grown product out of there ....I have seen it. And of course they have the online CBD store. This company is baked in fraud Pr's.
