The investment seeks longterm capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. I am doubtful that Mr. Backus will be able to attract any additional investment that is not harmful to the company. The term "lucrative" below is misleading at best......any assets that are of any real value will be sold of for pennies on the dollar by the appointed trustee. The consolidation is necessary to attract new capital and position the Company to realize the full potential of current assets and undertake possible future acquisitions," explained Mr. Backus. "We have lucrative assets and it is essential that we structure the Company in such a way to fund the development and growth of those assets to generate significant revenues."
