From an American investor perspective.

I first invested in this company when the promotion campaign first began and bought a couple of times on the way up on the strenght of press releases.
With those involved in that awareness campaign, they have now taken their shares and I am suspecting that is what is hitting the market and holding down the share price.
The company is borrowing money again and that will bloat the share structure over time.

That being said I picked up another 200k shares over the past week and I am going to bid sit again. If this company can continue it's growth and is accepted by one or two US food distributors then it will be a whole new ball game, and it will be a home run.

It will take time but the foundation is set to build an empire if they can control the debt, and not expand too quickly.

Good luck to us!

As far as your other question about startups, I have been in this business for over 20 years and hold about $100k in reverse merger and startup companies, I do not usually give out my holdings but I would recommend you understand the secret sauce of share structure, market cap and potential... this ...more

Hey man. Do yourself a favour and dump this dog. It's going to zero and fast. Have you had a look at the financial statements??  this is a dumpster fire of a business. Share based comp exceeded total revenue for gods sake.
