Actions of a few desperate, inexperienced investors.

As for a private placement, I don't think so. This stock is so tightly held by people who believe in it. Like has occurred before, they would probably put their own cash in before ever doing that.

And with Revenues coming in now, I don't think they would need to raise a lot of money short term.
