Insiders own more than 50% of shares.

Just a note from the press release...our President and CEO invested half a million dollars and converted them into shares. 

He now owns 20.6 percent of the outstanding shares. I would say that he's all in, no??

According to this release, more than 50% of the shares are owned by insiders, employees, etc. 

It appears many are all in....

I'm not disputing that this is very good for the wee shareholders Bandit, except I look back on the consolidation that reduced my millions of shares into thousands; that was brought on by new management!!! So really the little guys should be thanked profusely for their staying power. I'm just saying!!! UNKLAL
