Interesting…Voran deal off

I wonder who called off this Deal?  Voran is quite a large entity. Biosenta is small. It makes me wonder why Biosenta didn't do this deal. I'm guessing one or both parties weren't super thrilled with the final terms. 

If Voran called it off, they probably didn't get what they wanted. Based on their business being in the same area as ours (disinfectants) perhaps they wanted our parents?  Maybe asked too much?  Wanted us to move too quick? 

Biosenta didn't do this deal for a reason. Voran group is quite large from what I've read and in the same business. Remember guys, nobody has what we have. Based on what happened during Covid, I think Biosenta is being recognized and we are close to getting our products commercialized. . it's only a matter of time.
