RE:CSI Shorts It would be 100% impossible for a person to trade this or any stock at exactly 15:59:59 every day for 19 consecutive days. This is institutional and the company would have to be aware of it. Why the CSE or IIROC has not done anything about this tells us what they think of the micro cap investor.
