Should be close to announcing the offeringNot sure what people think but i belive that the parties included in the february 2019 share lending agreement are treating themselves with handing back the shares that were borrowed from the consultants. Just my opinion but if the sp is pushed further it coukd be a sign that the 40M offering is partially of fully subcribed.
