When I refer to “them” In my opinion them is simply CDS & Co, statiticalky speaking they own more than 80% of the shares see link below , page 6 of the doc or page 10/58

and you dont need to be a rocket scientist to know who what entity is cds & co. Just check the share exchange agreement, and in my opinion, its black and white
