Gsrx acquisition. About 10:1 ratio based on csi at 0.37 and gsrx at 0.033. Part of the 28M shares reserved for issuance might get used. Think eventually, 10 gsrx shares will entile you to 1 csi share. It has worked like that when we bought part of gsrx. Share price of both stocks forced to the number that they want, just my observation from 2 years of trading
