Today. My guess we hear monday about the 40M offering at $0.50 usd issued in may, revised in july per link below:

we all know that without puerto rico, need cash, cant continue to just issue ahares for debt settlement, thank god for these warrants that are being exercised:

like i was mentionning, trading low 60s or less until options are announced at financing  until then, flipping paper between cds & co, lenders and the other 30 part of the 16M PP at .23 usd (30 cdn), exercising warrants
