We know that their last reported financial (September 2020) was $2.745M USD or 3.43M CDN. Financials for csi last year should have shown $2.75M CDN if they would have kept consolidating for our 80% ownership but they IMO purposely to don't do it
we know that GSRX has yet filed their audited financials (December 31 2020) and not filed Q1 (March 31 2021). IMO, they are trying to keep low profile until the offering is fulfilled (striking twice) and ghe last 20% purchase is completed. They filed a Form 12b-25 (see link) for late filings and i dont expect to see the filings until they are fully acquired
