Yes, it would appear there is a plan, and the cash to proceed, if I understaned the final arrangement with Winston, is in hand.
So what we seem to be lacking is promotion. Do we have IR services? Didnt see any evidence of that.
Yeah I'm a bit confused here. You look at this thing and sitting here at .09 is almost unbelievable. For christ sakes there are co.s that have a tenth what cdr has and trade in multiples of 10 higher than US.
We need some ink here. NOW imo.
