To me, its been some accumulations -- since Jun-2023

Again, I speculate, accumulations were going on with bulk of recent activity done last summer. But yes, slowly others been jumping in to buy.

Now, yesterday, "big news" -- so I think we will see a pop-positive here very shortly.
