RE: CCY 2011 budgetsEven if the financing looks like impossible without over dilution it is small potatoes for any medium size producer. The copper is there and for a small price a profitable mine can be had. $20 M to Tech and $7 M to upgrade to phase 2. If Tech doesn't come in it's $27 M for 100% to completion of phase 2.  Otherwise it's $7 M and Tech takes over to develop the mine, retaining 40%.
Have a profitable copper mine and someone will do it. This management has shown the financing can be done.
