AGM VotesI received 8 emails with support, almost 12 million shares and with my shares we have 20 million, I cannot attend meeting but ask everyone to vote online against motion 4, 5, 6.
I have been emailing John and his only comment was:
1. Directors do not get paid so they should have options in lieu of. When I attended the AGM 2 years ago, Reynolds and Keep did not even show up!
2. No comment about Denby although I suggested $60K a year would be fair.
3. He gave me address of law firm and head office (which is Keep's office)
4. I found out a year ago that Keep/Guistra are receiving a $10K/month consulting fee - for what who knows!!!
This is a Vancouver "club" ...they won't even take free work from a national accounting firm semi-retired partner.
