The first PP comes free trading on Nov 22/14 so I'm thinking that there is really no point in promoting a story when there isn't any stock available to be bought . No liquidity and no one comes out to play !
We do see dribs and drabs of stock appearing on the offer and maybe some might come out as we get closer to tax loss selling time but still probably not nearly enough to satisfy any real interest.
If La Verde is the real deal or if CCY makes a major aquisition this management group will drive the market but the buyers will be looking for hundreds of thousands of shares not just thousands of shares so that free trading PP is the only way to deliver that paper.....that or a financing of course.
Even after the release of that stock I wonder how much will actually be available. Of the 20 Million issued management took down over 15 million and I suspect the balance was well placed to other employees and close friends/business associates, people who will make a contribution to and not just feed off a good deal.
It's going to be interesting that's for sure and thankfully it's copper in Mexico and not gold in Burkina Faso or some other Godforsaken place !
