Lots of interesting stuff happening at T.AZ which is probably a very good blueprint of what's in store for CCY in the not too distant future.
My guess is Mr. Warke is now positioning himself and AZ for an eventual takeover or a significant JV partner entering the picture.

I wouldn't be surprised to find that Mr.'s Warke and Giustra have bought a project or are buying one privately with a view to vending in some portion to CCY and the balance at a later date just as Warke has done at AZ. It's a formula he's used very successfully before and he's doing it again now so why not do it here !
