Shares outstandingcap is 21 million or so. SP is $0.52 equates to roughly 40M shares out. $20M financing is to happen how. Sold it all and will wait for the stock split needed which be right around the corner I'm sure and buy BCC back where I bought it at $0.13 over a year ago prior to the halt. I think they dropped the ball here on this one in not being able to get share count and price to appropriate numbers prior to the AZ acquisition. Now how much of a split can one do without squashing the share price too much and looking like a lame duck in the water? Just my analysis here.
