BCC a victim of dual listing and computer arbitrage

From my perspective BCC is hitting it out of the park and should be trading much higher.

I am going to go out on a limb and suggest that BCC is a victim of the exchanges(CSE in Canada and OTC in the US) it trades on and computer arbitrage.

ITG Canada "Technology Enabled Trading Solutions" has been offering out stock in Canada for some time.  I suspect they have been selling in Canada and Buying on the US exchange.  Creating fake volumes.  We have seen the Canadian Dollar strengthen so the Canadian price is cathcing up to the US price.  I hope we will not be held up for computers for too much longer.  Wonder if this would be an issue if BCC traded on a bigger board, like the TSX?
