RE:What is going on!?Cannabis is still a volatile sector, so when the volume goes away for the summer, it makes it easier for the market makers to manipulate SP down for a bigger gain when fall/winter returns. 
Basically when the tide goes out, all boats sink. Things will take a couple more years to stabalize.
