RE:RE:RE:Am I missing something about MPX??It was briefly discussed during last quarters conference call, mentioning how

“the recent court ruling is a direct conflict of the protection afforded by the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act which is intended to protect patients utilizing cannabis for their medical needs”.

They further discussed how they expect an appeal which “will hopefully resolve once and for all resolve an issue that has been subject to contention and conflicting court rulings for several years dating back to 2012”.

I also remember reading that there’s hasn’t been any significant slowdown in AZ sales since the court ruling.

A significant price spike is possible if our quarterly earnings are very positive, it’s anybodys guess what could happen. It’s easy to look back a year ago or so and see companies like Namaste go from $1 to $5 in a month and a half, or Emerald Health who went $1 to $9.80 in a couple months, and get excited.

However, I’m just trying to temper my own expectations because I’ve never been so lucky to have a 4 or 5 or 10 bagger in a short period of time, or at all. Hell I sold aurora at $3 at a 35% profit the week before they exploded after holding for a year and a half.

so I’m just going to stay conservative and hope for a SP in the dollar range in the near term, which would make me up 100%+ on my investment. Can’t get greedy when you’re in the green. Green is green.
