RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Confused.So am I safe in thinking, as I stated that..... The ratio is 'Based On" the closing share price that day.... ie thats where it came from.... Once the ratio has been established and set as it has.... said ratio is used to determine how many shares of IAN we should receive at the time when MPX ceases to exist?

Do you have any insight as to what the SP will be for the New Company MPXI.... or any idea of how it will be derived? Thanks
