Adding to their physical holdings, which will be used for collateral for bigger streaming and royalty deals, may or may not be the GEM Twitter quote hence my question mark. Although it looks like an opportunity and we have dealt with GEM before.

They are building the Company with the intention of creating cash flow from streaming deals making the Company much more attractive when sold in a few years.
