100% agree. This deal was only designed to benefit the buyer. Vote NO. It sounds like a lot of Shateholders are voting no to the deal. I wouldn't be surprised if the deal falls through. At the same time, they have fully lost my trust. Not sure what to do though, I was hoping to ride this stock back into the double digits. I was planning on keeping it as a long term investment and really only sell if it was too compelling to walk away from.
