RE:We are all voting NoYes this is an unbelievably dubious takeover. These guys put together an investment vehicle with a very specific purpose, buy at the very top, and then sell at the very bottom only a year later. I'm definitely voting no. Unfortunately then we owe Pala $15M (thanks management) and still have the same a$$holes running the company. We need to kick these guys out. They should be in jail.
