It's a good deal overall and the takeover were preset

It looks like a reasonable deal in the current marketplace, there are no counters and the take over bonuses for management were preset as a part of the employment contracts. IMO, Nickel 28 is extremely undervalued and a great buy in opportunity, possibly market pricing in the deal failing. Thanks.
