No vote, shares will rise
I am expecting the shares to rise if the no vote goes through. I complained to the OSC when this news was announced. The response I got "if you want exposure to cobalt buy shares of nickle 28" in my email to them i told them investing in cobalt 27 is the only way for canadians to have exposure to physical cobalt. Sad to say, I dont think they know much about investing.
