Supreme court final order Oct 16
This deal is not over until the fat lady sings at the supreme court Oct 16. Where they have to confirm this is a fair deal to shareholders.

Don, the supreme court is a formality, as long as they can show that the vote passed at 66.6% and 50% for minority shareholders. Anyone opposing the deal would have to prove that the numbers are falsified. Good luck with that. I agree it's not over until Pala pays up however. Anything can happen till then.
