However one can make some kind of estimate in the following way. When Pala first bought MLR the CEO McCauley got only a $35,000 annual salary, but had large quantities of options at .40 which would be his eventual compensation. Once they started paying him a more normal salary, his options were repriced to .60 .

So those getting insider options have them priced at .60. At that share price level the company would have a market cap of about 130 mil. But a producing, low cost mine, with a 10 year 100% sales agreement, at 1.5 time the previous unit selling price because of quality and application in the organic fertilzer market, suggests a considerably bigger market cap. What size, I do not know.
