After consolidation, MLR has about 29 million shares overall. Of that total, about 73 percent are owned by Pala, Takota and one other firm, all of whom participated in the previous financing.
That means there are only about 8 million shares circulating among all other shareholders.
One can buy .5 of one percent of that float for about $36 K.
Given the potential here, this is a good opportunity.
