RE: appealTalked to Braden at IR on friday and there had been no notice of appeal at that time. Hudbay hadn`t provided any further disclosure either though. I read the 17 page decision from the judge. It is so one sided it is embarrassing. If they appeal it won`t take long for any judge to throw it out. It is about time they came clean and paid the piper before the blood gets really bad and they pay for their ill will through the nose. Obviously the corporate governance expert they hired has her work cut out for her.
