No long term debtCorrect, they have no long term debt. 1st quarter financials showed:
Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities $ 686,898.
I guess i would rather they fund their programs with cashflow now instead of diluting the float in dribs and drabs like they have been forced to do in the past. This keeps us from having to issue anything other than flowthrough shares for tax purposes. It should put an end to most of the greedy brokers` full and half warrants which dilute the crap out of most juniors. I would also rather see a share buyback with any excess cash than a dividend . At least as many as they issue in stock based compensation.
