BTSHOOTER, I think you hit the nail on the head.  The company has lost some progressive share holders like Toriddog who didn't wish to put up with the games the board was playing.  Under ole management you knew what you were getting.  Now you can't be sure.  At the next meeting, is the board going to ask for additional stock options???  We will have to wait and see.
