Long overdue

Long overdue

Since I started here with this, 4/1/2005. Yes, it is true, I did buy same month as Isaya and we have exchanged several messages. Eight years this April, thus April will be the exit. We are in the 7 year itch here.

I think I have posted over the past several years my frustration with the management as to TSX listings, irresponsible drill programs in un-friendly mining Prov of B.C. The potential of Native Indian claims if any successful drill results were achieved in B.C. We are talking millions spent on a conflict of interest property.

I have taken an exit of a good portion of CAA as we saw prices above $3.00 in both 2011 and 2012. No regret on that as exploration is a speculative risk play and CAA never delivered positive reults.

THe current price is reflective of sector deterioration. However, CAA should be falling back from price highs of $5.00 to $7.00, not from $3.86. The company has never "sold" to the market a plan which shows a potential high return for risk undertaken.

The website is indicative of a company underfinanced. I agree there is a waste of financial capital chasing minor player resource plays. We all know, as a royalty company, like life, you get value product when you are willing to pay the price.

The B.O.D. is on a free ride like so many junior listed companies. Big fish in their own small pond.

The lawsuit, well, for once, lets bring it on, a conclusion. How stupid can management be, the 777 and Warbaby will be mined out before this Board can reach a settlement.

So with others, Army, Isaya, I add to my frustration on CAA. In fact, on an upturn, since we have over 100,000 CAA remaining, I would not consider re-investing with this company of position already sold. So many other well run well promoted junior mining companies which came off $5 to $10 prices will be targeted. These will be the winners, not CAA when commodities commences next bull run. At best, CAA will slowly advance in the slip stream of the real winners.

Cheers Manxcan
