Cute.
They have 33% of the revenue contribution coming from copper, which they've figured at $3.30/lb (current copper price: $2.98/lb).
Beyond that, their summary shows $30 million in total costs (roughly twice their current market cap), and $744,000 being paid out in royalties.
Considering the fact that their latest financials show $500k in cash, and less than $700k in liquid assets, and further considering the fact that royalties are paid on smelter returns, how long do you figure before Callinan collects the whole $744,000? What about the $2M principal on the line of credit that this royalty came from?
200 million plus share companies trading for a dime don't go into production. Not without a rollback.
Any language about permits is conspicuously absent.
