The last activity on the court registry was in Janurary of 2014.
I'd be interestd in Butler's answer to these questions. I'd be satisfied with him asking questions 2 and 3 LOUDLY and demanding an answer. I suspect he won't do it for fear of upsetting the hand that feeds. Piling up crappy royalties only looks like a serious business when there's a paying royalty to draft on.
I'm not sure the exchange is in the habit of getting involved with disputes amongst listed companies.
