Hal, your right fall is here and we have gone nowhere. The PM market has begun to pick up of late and people may be tired of waiting for CAA and looking to re-position some of there money. I am long and have no problem waiting. We've got some interesting properties that should prove to be of some value to somebody as the PM market takes off. I'm being patient in forecasting some action by early next spring. Maybe we will hear of a lawsuit in the next few months.
