So you think management is doing a good job, maybe you should go to sedar and read their financial report. Then post what you have found. How much are all the directors being paid?

How many shares do each of them own? Why are they buying back shares and then issuing

more options to themselves. Now that you've checked this out multiply their shares by .02 and you will see how much besides their salaries they are making. They are a bunch of pigs at the feeder. Why are we in court today, lack of proper legal advice on initial signing, now it states company will pay 10% for legal when settled. Wow! got to go and get my law degree. Just a few points to ponder about. Lots more for you after you post what you've found.

.....second thought, witf has Roland really done to increase shareholder value since becoming the CEO - NOTHIN! People would give there left arm, right leg and sense of smell to have his job - sittin back on a boat in the maritimes suckin on lobster tails collecting a paycheque! Agree completely. Somebody please try and explain otherwise. Callinan is a company that has drifted sideways for 2 years with no value added from management. The royalty is the only recognizable asset the market cares for. The lack of marketing, the lack of promotion, the lack of transparency concerning the lawsuit is absolutely appalling and disgusting. AARMY, I am a shareholder of this company. Normally I might take offense when someone trashes a company I've invested in. But unfortunately I have to agree with you on all your points. I really don't see what this management team has done to create value myself. They all look like they get paid pretty well.  There are alot of companies who would give whatever to have the kind of cash flow coming in the door that Callinan has. I am glad that Roland and the gang aren't spending it like drunken sailors. For those of you who don't understand what is going on behind the mining scene for the smaller companies is the fact that alot of them are needing or are going to need major financings soon.
