A Good Word for Callinan Roayalties Managment

On aug 26  Callinan Royalties gave Hudbay Minerals  a 30 day notice that time for playing nice nice has gone by.    Callinan is lawyered up with 2  well seasoned securities litigators on its board. Considering that the company's position is just and reasonable,  and the dispute seems to stem from Hudbay's denying access to  the books,Hudbay could be in for a uncomfortable ride.  Only societal good will ensue if royalty payers are held aaccountable to those due royalties.   In fairness to Hudbay:   Hudbay's position may be that if a Royalty Holder loses its books in what the loser of the books considers good faith, its perfectly reasonable.   Canada Moose takes the position that we are in the age of the Computer, not the age of the Dog Sled, and you cant pull the we lost the books shenanigan no more.  Smarten your tails up  HudBay Minerals

Grizz,    pleae review   attorneygonebad.com         Your observation about the attorneys on Callinan's Board implies they may not be up to supervising and strategizing and managing the litigation.  It is very important that Callinan manage its litigation costs going up against a mini  Godzilla sized opponent like Hudbay Minerals.     ...more
