or
Operating companies announce Blockchain for their field of business (medium risk)

Mezzi will be a Pure Blockchain company (not a lot of risk)

DO the math on on 33MM shares outstanding (includes .10$ wts) + 7.5MM wts at .35$
3.2MM$ in bank( took off commision and fess) + 2.8MM$ of warrants
