I would suspect if it is going to close it will close within the next week or two.

I have noticed with all the buying over the last month or so two firms have bought a lot.

Haywood and Industrial Alliance. Not sure if this means anything but suspect new money coming in here .

The sad part of all this is absolutely no one would be ponying up all this money unless they knew something that we do not know. I thought info was supposed to be equal.

The only update I can find is as of 1-3-18, Eric Lebouef is no longer an insider. Does not mean much because it might be just a matter of more stock outstanding making him less than 10%.

Absolutely no real news out there.But whatever happens should happen in the next week or two at most.
