Well anything is possible but on the days when its trading 200-300k shares or more people that are buying those shares are not retail buyers, there is zero interest and no news here. These are inside players with knowledge of something taking out the previous PP sellers. 300k a 40 cents is 120k , if you look at volume and price, money has moved in for what reason who knows. But usually they know something. If nothing was happening this thing would trade down to a dime
