management, mainly one, are incompetent and have proven for ten years that they can't sustain anything.

they lie, cheat, spend, spend, spend, and when the going gets tough, turn to their Rolodex for help. They handcuff people (Mobio) by signing deals with celebrities that the CEO did not about and the burn was (again) unsustainable.
