Its called ... covering your tracks. People who go to the trouble of viewing historical sedar documents might uncover this new company's sordid past but most won't go that far. Meanwhile, the crew running the gig will continue to stuff their pockets as will the crew pulling the pump and dump on it. Note that for the year ending Apr 30th 2017 these guys awarded themselves ... $645,751... That's on top of $699K in "consulting" and $607K in "Marketing" and $373K in "Shareholder Communication"??? they paid out... on net revenue of $191K

Somebody sure made a lot of coin.
