I emailed for 40k $ worth And there is still room. He Didn't even ask who I was. But I am out and not putting another $ into this unless they get new managemeng.

I would guess some people were planning on selling PP #1 to put more money in PP#2 after booking some profits. Also with the stock price no longer in the 40-50 cent range but in the mid 20s it is more of a gamble.
